Coaching is an informal process in which an individual invites a trained professional to help explore ways to achieve personal goals. Coaching may include some of the following:

  • Passing on your farm or family business to childeren or partner
  • Recognizing and responding to power imbalances in personal or work place dynamics
  • Preparing to meet lawyers, supervisors or other professionals
  • Setting limits, gently probing and getting specific and clear information
  • Assessing conflict situations
  • Creating win-win outcomes
  • Managing strong emotions during conflict
  • Having support during process

What does the Coach do?

Listens and then clarifies what is heard and assesses the client’s situation. Helps clients to set goals and a plan for the future.

Details each coaching session towards the achievement of the goals and refers to other professionals and services when needed
